Our students have worked out the idea of "diversity" and they have thought on the various ways to represent it. We have finally decided to paint and decorate original nice cardboard hands !!!

MY SEA ANIMAL IS...
My marine animal is...
During these last two weeks the 2nd grade children were introduced to some easy vocabulary to foster them to participate actively in the marine project.
The challenge was to choose one sea animal in order to make up a sea picture to be put up on a billboard, as a result of this collaborative task.

THE LITTLE MERMAID
The Little Mermaid is a fairy tale written by the Danish author Hans Christian Andersen.
The tale deals with the story of a young mermaid willing to give up her life in the sea and her identity as a mermaid.
This all to gain a human soul and the love of a human prince.
It was first published in 1837.
It has been adapted to various media, including musical theatre and animated film.
We´ll be pleased if you take a look at this little movie.

FLOWER CARPETS FOR CORPUS
This year our students have made original designs on paper in order to contribute getting to the final flower carpet which is going to be made for many people in town for the CORPUS celebration. Here they are inspirated!!
